Position Summary
MDC Holdings. Inc is looking for a full-time E1 Applications Engineer with experience in the Oracle JDE EOne ERP environment. This position will design, develop, and maintain new or enhanced applications or systems in accordance with best practices and standards. Troubleshoot and resolve reported applications/system issues. Develop reports and report delivery mechanisms.
Responsibilities
- Develops applications for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne using the JDE EOne development toolset.
- Collaborates with JDE EnterpriseOne functional consultants and development teams to design, develop, and deliver integrated solutions that are scalable, adaptable, and sustainable in accordance with established standards.
- Develops, tests, implements, and maintains applications, reports, and integration processes in 3rd party JD Edwards EnterpriseOne systems as needed.
- Analyzes and resolves technical and application problems in a timely manner.
- Keeps up to date with the latest JD Edwards EnterpriseOne technologies.
- Provides technical support for all service tickets created for assigned systems. Assist, train, and coordinate with other technical staff as needed.
- Provides high-level analysis and estimates for new project requests.
- Assists with process reviews and provides suggestions for improvement.
- Maintains technical documentation and assists with the development of functional specifications.
- Reports status regularly to department management and interacts with business leaders.
- Performs application development with minimal guidance and direction.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience with Oracle JD Edwards E1 development toolset that includes:
- RDA Development (Financial reports)
- FDA Development ( All types of forms, including power forms)
- TDA Development
- Data dictionary elements
- Business Functions: Should be able to create new 'C' and NER business functions, and to debug all types of business functions.
- Retrofit experience is a huge plus. retrofitted applications, batch reports, tables specifications, business views, and business functions.
- BI publisher
- Experience in orchestrations - knowledgeable in the latest development. This is a huge plus.
- Experience in Groovy scripting - skilled with the Groovy language.
- Experience in REST API's. Either in BSSV or Orchestrations. Should understand the Payloads.
- Experience in JDE architecture. that includes enterprise server, deployment server, HTML Server and how fat client development works.
- Should know where to look for errors in logs and debug logs.
- Apply planner ESU and Execute special instructions.
- Installing and configuring Enterprise Server & Web Server.
- Setup JAS/HTML Server, BSSV, AIS instances on WebLogic application server.
- Server Manager installation and configuration.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills are required.
- Coordinate tasks related to JDE CNC, including package builds, deployments, security, and configuration/ troubleshooting of Enterprise one Database and Webservers.
Preferred Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Develop integrations with REST, XML using SOA Suite, Business Services is preferred.
- Develop mobile applications for Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is preferred.
- Knowledge of Java, SQL, and SQL Plus is a plus.
- Knowledge of DAS/Mobie solution and SQL Server/Oracle database is a plus.

The National Marketing Department is an internal agency that supports market regions across 16 US states where Richmond American Homes builds. The National Marketing Project Manager is a member of the national account and project management team, focused on managing both division project requests and corporate/national projects and initiatives.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a candidate who will drive production and process implementation in the corporate marketing department. The National Marketing Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional team members including copywriters, designers, digital specialists, and UX designers to create marketing deliverables. The position is hybrid with a minimum of three days at our corporate office and collaborates with team members across other corporate departments including National Merchandising, National Sales, and National Architecture.
Responsibilities:
· Perform as account and project manager for 3-5 internal divisions, supporting their day-to-day marketing needs, including deliverables for: community launches, realtor outreach, and struggling communities.
· Host weekly status calls with each Division client to track project statuses and upcoming projects, communities, events, etc.
· Collaborate and engage across multi-functional teams within the National Marketing department as well as Division clients and external departments and vendors.
· Day-to-day project management of division client accounts and marketing projects
· Translate our National Marketing strategy into local marketing strategies, ensuring each division hits its metrics and business plan goals.
· Provide strategic insights and support for Division marketing managers, helping them make decisions for their communities and go-to-market strategies.
· Drive implementation of local marketing strategy and best practices with assigned divisions.
· Stakeholder in developing companywide initiatives and materials for national customer experience (CE) program.
· System admin for customer experience survey platform; includes creating job aids, troubleshooting employee questions, processing division requests, reporting and working directly with IT on enhancements.
· Vendor management and invoice processing.
· Attend weekly vendor calls alongside account team members to ensure vendors are on track with projects and orders we have in process.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Loan Processing Manager to join our HomeAmerican Mortgage (HMC) team. In this role you will supervise and monitor loan processing staff with the objective of maintaining regulatory compliance, providing excellent customer service and meeting all volume and delivery goals; provide new hire and on-going training; ensure timely quality service to internal and external customers and that expected closing dates are routinely met; monitor workload to ensure that corporate productivity and manufacturing quality standards are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Interview, train, motivate, evaluate and direct loan processing staff in accordance with corporate policies and procedures and in compliance with any and all applicable lending rules and regulations.
- Review and approve weekly time sheets.
- Document and counsel employees regarding performance issues.
- Attend weekly pending settlement calls and act as a liaison between HMC’s Loan Processing staff and our homebuilder affiliate.
- Oversee all loan processing activities pertaining to loan submission, approvals and delivering complete files to Loan Closing department.
- Develop and maintain metrics that report on individual and branch level productivity, manufacturing quality and customer service.
- Assist in resolving issues with files as they arise.
- Impart issue resolution knowledge to Loan Processors.
- Assist with overflow loan processing as needed.
- Review appraisal and other invoices received for payment by HMC.
- Ensure that these invoices are submitted to Accounts payable on a timely basis.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
- This position will supervise 10-12 employees and will help direct and coordinate business partners.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5-year mortgage loan processing, supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills required. Technical knowledge regarding FHA, VA, Conventional Underwriting requirements.

Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Production Manager to oversee and manage communities for our RAH Orlando team. This position will be responsible for managing the construction of homes in multiple subdivisions. The position will supervise and train construction field personnel, manage sub-contractor relationships, handle customer escalations, and ensure homes are delivered on time and within the budget.
Responsibilities
- Administer and document the needs of divisional Construction staff to facilitate timely delivery of units
- Interact with jurisdictions to efficiently plan, permit, and close Division units; schedule, coordinate, and forward reside requests to the appropriate field personnel
- Receive, record, track, and report the origin and completion of the pre settlement list (PSD)
- Advise and assist the VP of Construction in any and all administrative detail surrounding the start up and completion of Division production; forward reports on permit status, PSD’s, construction tracking and re-site submissions to the VP of Construction
- Manage staff and subcontractors charged with submitting and receiving permits
- Maintain an ongoing proficiency in the requirements of multiple jurisdictions as they pertain to homebuilding
- Organize, order, and track GE appliances via the internet; review and process the 2nd approval of Sales contracts
- Create, coordinate and maintain an accurate accountability system for the permitting, starting, and completion of projected Division units

Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Director of Construction to join our Colorado South division team. This position oversees all field activity and supervises all Production Managers, Superintendents and Assistants, and Home Care Warranty Specialists at all job sites.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for staffing and managing the construction function at all projects within the division.
- Supervises all Production Managers and Superintendents to ensure product quality/consistency, adherence to schedules, effective job site supervision and cost control. Conducts continuing education and training sessions for construction staff.
- Managers Customer Service department to ensure timely completion of all warranty requests, including proactive decisions to eliminate repetitive problems.
- Reviews material take-offs and accuracy of construction plans and advises Purchasing Department accordingly. Develop designated tasks, standard features, option list per plan/subdivision. Estimate hard costs to determine pricing.
- Assists with the preparation of budgets. Monitors and controls costs. Assists plan development; initiates lot delineations; prepares feasibility studies; prices custom changes; reviews and approves house plans.
- Develops relations with local Code Enforcement Officials and working knowledge of relevant building codes.
- Negotiates, authorizes and manages work required by outside contractors. Researches potential subcontractors. Hires and/or terminates subcontracts. Negotiates and prepares contracts.
Requirements
Construction Management Degree and equivalent work in experience.
6 years progressive experience in construction management- preferrably in production homebuilding. Must be an effective communicator and have demonstrated leadership skills in managing people. Must be proficient in all Microsoft applications. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a qualified Superintendent to join our team. In this position you will coordinate the activities of new home construction at the sub-division level according to the Company’s standards and processes. Additionally, you will ensure that quality and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the construction process while overseeing subcontractors, Assistant Superintendents and Laborers while maintaining job-site safety and OSHA compliance.

- Oversees and schedules all construction related activities on a given project or multiple projects for residential housing. Delegates appropriately to Assistant Superintendents, Laborers and subcontractors
- Manages, trains and directs Assistant Superintendents and Laborers as necessary
- Manages and controls all direct and indirect construction expenditures for sub-division
- Implements policies, procedures, philosophies of the Company and all required paperwork
- Trains sub-contractors regarding Company policies and procedures, including safety and OSHA compliance
- Safeguards the job site from hazardous situations and material (per SWPPP) and ADEQ
- Interacts with local governing jurisdiction to obtain all required inspections that conform to the master plan approvals
- Manages and obtains Certificate of Occupancies within the local jurisdiction
- Manages the completion of homeowner orientations, expedites completion of homeowner orientation letter items and orientation repair items within the desired time frames set by the Project Manager and Company
Requirements
Education: High School or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
Five years or more of previous residential or commercial construction experience preferred. Thorough knowledge of one or more of the building trades (i.e. electrical, carpentry, plumbing etc…) combined with a strong knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints. Must have understanding of the technical aspects of construction. Excellent organizational skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Position Summary

As a Sales Associate in Training you will partner with an experienced Sales Associate and the primary function will be to receive and implement on the job training in order to be promoted into the role of Sales Associate. Timeline of Promotion is individually assessed but no more than 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Train on policies and procedures through self-led exercises, instructor-led training and shadowing of experienced new home sales associates.
- Traveling between communities to support where needed when existing staff is off or as needed for development.
- Developing relationships with customers.
- Networking & prospecting.
- Procuring and following up on sales leads for our communities.
- Understand the customer experience touchpoints to maintain quality customer service and lead buyers throughout New Home Sales process.
- Begin negotiating and closing deals – this is a requirement prior to being promoted to Sales Associate.
- Completing accurate and timely contract paperwork – this is a requirement prior to being promoted to Sales Associate
- Obtaining and analyzing market data critical for our communities to remain competitive
- Maintaining standard sales office hours but understand flexibility to meet customer schedules is a priority.
- Successfully complete required company training programs, procure required sales units, and obtain approval from management to be promoted into Sales Associate.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work weekends
- A Real Estate License is required in all states EXCEPT CO, MD, TX& VA
- Previous high-end sales, preferred.
- Ability to connect with people, and develop and maintain professional relationships
- Action oriented individuals, with the drive to push sales to successful closure
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation because driving within a community and to other communities is an essential function of this position
- All new hires will attend a week of sales training at our corporate office in Denver, CO during the first month of employment. Details will be discussed at time of offer.

Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Purchasing/Trade Agent to join our team. In this position you will play a key role in the company’s Purchasing functions and assist in organizing and awarding supplier contracts. Additionally, you will work with subcontractors and suppliers on purchasing materials and maintaining accurate contracts.
Responsibilities
• Organizing estimates, takeoffs, plans and other relevant documentation.
• Identifying new vendors in the market.
• Provide accurate and timely local supplier negotiations and contracting.
• Product feasibility research.
• Manage supplier performance monitoring within the division.
• Assist in resolving issues and conflicts related to Trade Partner activities.
Requirements
• 2 + years of residential purchasing and contracting experience in the homebuilding field.
• General knowledge of residential construction.
• Ability to negotiate in a cost transparent environment.
• Ability to develop and improve vendor partnerships.
• Ability to work in a continuous improvement environment.
• Must be Proficient in using MS Excel, MS Outlook. Build/Supply Pro and JD Edwards experience preferred.

Position Summary
The Land Coordinator position will assist with Accounts Payable, new housing permit preparation (application, plot plan, solar, school, fire), processing, payments, and uploading of start package to construction schedule within BuildPro.
Responsibilities
Typical duties may consist of a variety of items such as those listed below, or the incumbent may have a specific area of responsibility related to the records processing for a group such as construction, land, architecture. (e.g. work order administration):
- Performs word processing duties
- Establishes and maintains records and files related to the department’s or job’s functional area of specialization
- Receives, processes, codes and posts data • Routes forms and/or documents for approval and processing
- Prepares and maintains all project files and related documentation
- orders supplies, services and materials
- Generates reports and distributes to appropriate members of staff
- May also perform a variety of specific department related duties that may include invoicing, billing or work orders
- Coordinates the flow of paperwork throughout the office/field.
Requirements
Education: High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Typically has two to five years of experience in administrative support position within a corporate setting.
Skill in: Good knowledge of administrative practices and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must have a working knowledge of computers, including MS Office. Professional appearance and presentation. Able to handle confidential information. Detail oriented.
