Position Summary              

 

The National Design Center Director is responsible for overseeing strategic and corporate-led initiatives related to the Company’s design center operations. The role partners with corporate and division leadership to maximize operational efficiencies, attain revenue and profitability targets. Additional expectations include managing additional KPI related to customer experience and other metrics.

 

Directs the Company in establishing long-range plans, strategy and policy for design center operations. Plays a key role in the establishment of product assortments and pricing strategies in partnership with purchasing and options leadership. Partners with key executives and division leadership in the planning and execution of new design center concepts.

 

Qualifications

 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Retail Operations or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience: 10+ years in retail or homebuilding industry. Familiarity with a variety of industry or field concepts, practices, and procedures is essential, along with extensive field experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $160,000-$180,000
  • FLSA Status: Exempt
  • Bonus Type: Year-end Discretionary
